Frequently asked questions
How many images will I receive?
Each package includes 400–1,500 edited images (depending on the package you choose), delivered through an online gallery and available to download in high resolution and web size.
Do the images have a watermark?
No! Every image you receive is yours, in high resolution and without a watermark.
When will my photographs be ready?
Within 3–4 weeks after your wedding date.
Can you edit the photos to make us look slimmer, have clearer skin, etc.?
We can smooth skin and soften some expression lines on the face. However, we don't do extreme retouching to completely change how people look, since that is not the style of work we do. Deep-retouched photos are edited in Photoshop, which can help the image quite a bit.
When will I receive my album?
Once you have selected your images and approved the design, your album will be ready approximately 2 to 4 weeks after it is sent to print. Please keep in mind that in the weeks leading up to Christmas this may take longer.
